We want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you aren't happy, we completely understand and will gladly work with you to make it right!  

Returns

If you would like to return your purchase for a refund, we have a 14-day return policy. Please contact us no later than 14 days after receiving your merchandise to begin the return process. 

To be eligible for a return, item(s) should be unused, unworn, and in it's original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase, receipt, or order number may be requested. 

To begin the return process, please contact us at returns@zenbyten.com.  If your return is accepted, we will notify you of acceptance along with information on where to send your package**. The process can take up to 7-10 business days after receipt. Your refund will be credited through the same payment method you used to make your purchase

**Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.  

Damaged/ Defective Items/ Size Exchange

Before placing your order, please make sure to verify the correct size and item you want to order. 

We ask that you inspect your item(s) upon reception and contact us immediately if damages or defects are found or if you receive the wrong item. 

If you ordered the correct size and it does not fit well, please reach out to us so we can help to make it right. 

*Defective items are considered damaged or broken.

Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, custom or personalized items cannot be returned. Please reach out to us if you have questions about a particular item.
